Lead design work for new consumer and business web applications and an internal platform, shaping user experience and product strategy alongside product and engineering staff.
What you will do
- Take part in product strategy talks and help shape the vision and roadmap
- Work with product and engineering managers to lead a squad and define solutions with stakeholders
- Apply product design best practices to raise the team's design maturity
- Run user research to uncover needs and guide design choices
- Produce flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that convey design concepts
- Write detailed handoff documents covering design files, component specs and interaction behaviour

- Strong experience as a product designer, with a record of leading design for applications
- Ability to work with engineering and product stakeholders on user-centred solutions
- Skill in user research and in turning insights into design decisions
- Experience designing for both consumer and business web products
- Comfort working in English within a distributed, international team
- Availability overlapping with California working hours
