Regional Sales Manager

About the role

A field sales role focused on growing business across Mexican territories by recruiting partners and closing deals. The person also acts as a product expert and leads the full sales cycle.

What you will do

• Recruit and onboard new dealers while growing revenue and share with current partners
• Cultivate ties with decision-makers, integrators and end-users to surface new opportunities
• Master the full solution set, including cloud access control, video management and integrated devices
• Own the whole sales cycle and consistently hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Work with vertical, inside and field support teams to keep the customer experience smooth
• Show hardware and software to varied audiences and train system integrators

What they look for

• At least three years selling physical security such as access control or video management
• A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
• Proven channel partner selling plus direct field sales, beyond business development or inside sales
• A record of meeting or beating quotas
• Solid grasp of security technologies and ease with complex technical ideas
• Excellent spoken and written communication and skill with CRM tools like Salesforce and Google Workspace
