The team works on winning end user demand for mechanical and electronic door hardware, then turning that demand into projects. Good work means a steady pipeline and strong ties across the local market.

What you will do

• Build and keep relationships with target end users to hit annual goals
• Run sales activities that create, chase and track opportunities
• Use the CRM as the base for planning and teamwork
• Read market trends and use them to answer customer needs
• Explain the value of the solutions to people at every level of an organisation
• Apply knowledge of code compliance to the applications you sell

What they look for

• A high school diploma at minimum; a business or technical degree is preferred
• Seven or more years in a similar sales structure and role
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Ability to influence several accounts
• A self-starting, entrepreneurial approach to growing a business from small to large
• Strategic thinking and solid organisation to carry out business plans
