Leads and scales a Canadian enterprise sales team selling a software portfolio, driving regional growth and strategic account wins. Reports to a director of enterprise sales.
What you will do
- Manage sellers covering the company's software products across Canada
- Build and execute go-to-market plans to exceed regional revenue targets
- Recruit, train and coach new hires on sales methodology and product knowledge
- Grow channel partner relationships and work with the channel team on pipeline
- Partner with marketing, customer success and sales engineering on customer outcomes
- Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement in the team
What they look for
- 3 to 5 years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales as an individual contributor
- 3 to 5 years in sales leadership or team lead capacity
- Proven enterprise selling across Canada with an established regional network
- Understanding of customer buying processes and enterprise sales methods
- Knowledge of the Canadian channel ecosystem and partner relationship building
- Willingness to travel up to 25% across Canada
