What you will do
- Audit and clean Salesforce accounts, contacts and opportunities, removing duplicates and filling gaps
- Standardise fields, naming and pipeline data, and support CRM consolidation and migration work
- Configure objects, fields and workflows, including CPQ and Revenue Cloud quoting and pricing
- Build dashboards and operational reports for forecasting and revenue planning
- Write and maintain documentation and SOPs for CRM processes
