Senior Affiliate Manager

About the role

Grow a performance driven affiliate network by bringing in new publishers and developing existing partnerships. The focus is on traffic, conversions and revenue for online businesses.

What you will do

• Find, sign and onboard new publishers and build lasting commercial relationships with them
• Optimise existing publisher partnerships to raise performance and revenue
• Track campaign results, analyse key metrics and launch improvements
• Forecast revenue and meet or beat KPI, traffic and revenue targets

What they look for

• Prior affiliate marketing experience, ideally at an affiliate network
• A strong publisher network and a track record of acquiring new partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Solid analytical ability and grasp of campaign performance metrics
• Commercial drive, proactivity and a results focus with fast closing of opportunities
• Fluent English and good knowledge of MS Office

• Ukrainian or Russian language skills
