Senior Bilingual Sales Coordinator and Client Relations Specialist

About the role

A remote role supporting sales growth, customer relationships and day-to-day sales operations for an airport ground support equipment business. The person keeps outreach, quotes, orders and deliveries running in an organised way.

What you will do

• Run outbound outreach to new and existing customers
• Qualify leads, spot new sales chances and support upselling and repeat business
• Coordinate orders from request to delivery, including quotes, pricing, shipping and issue resolution
• Keep client records, contact customers proactively and surface new opportunities for the sales team
• Build repeatable systems such as task lists, follow-up schedules, order trackers and templates

What they look for

• Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish
• At least three years in a sales coordinator or comparable position
• Solid background in client relations, sales and outbound prospecting or cold calling
• Ability to manage schedules, appointments and follow-ups independently
