What you will do

  • Handle daily bookkeeping for multiple development, joint venture and civil construction projects.
  • Code and reconcile supplier invoices, consultant fees, card transactions and receipts in Xero.
  • Allocate each expense to the right project, entity and cost category for project level tracking.
  • Chase the internal team, contractors and consultants for missing invoices, receipts and allocations.
  • Check supplier invoices against project records and delivery dockets for rates, quantities and charges.
  • Prepare weekly accounts payable runs and payment schedules for internal approval.
