What you will do
- Build and refine forecasting models for recurring and ad hoc analyses.
- Analyse performance, KPIs, budget versus actuals and other key financial measures.
- Partner with R&D and product teams to guide decisions using financial insight.
- Design and embed improved controls with cross functional teams.
- Lead cross functional projects end to end, influencing people outside your reporting line.
What they look for
- Eight or more years in finance, financial modelling and reading financial statements.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- A track record of building trust with partner teams and executives.
- Ability to mine and organise raw financial data and reach clear insights.
- Knowledge of financial systems and reporting practices.
