  • Own retention, renewals, expansion pipeline built with sales, and churn reduction
  • Design the customer lifecycle from onboarding to executive reviews and health scoring
  • Set up tiered support with follow-the-sun coverage, SLAs, incident response and postmortems
  • Track ticket volume, response and resolution times, CSAT and NPS, and report to executives
  • Hire and develop staff, choose CRM and ticketing tools, and build self-service and knowledge base content
