What you will do

  • Run and improve Windows Server, Azure virtual machines, Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Administer Active Directory forests: group policy, sites and services replication, OU structure, trusts and security
  • Fix Windows and network incidents through the approved change control process
  • Keep servers patched, secure and compliant, and automate remediation from vulnerability scans
  • Plan and carry out OS and application upgrades plus cloud and on-prem enhancements
  • Write service tickets, change requests, knowledge base articles and standard procedures

  • Degree in computer science, IT or a related field, or the equivalent in experience
  • Six to eight years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
  • At least one Microsoft role-based certification, such as Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, Azure Administrator, Azure AI or Azure Fundame
