Senior Partner Solution Program Manager, Financial Reporting and Data Management

About the role

A senior individual contributor role that prepares implementation partners to deliver customer projects in financial reporting, data management and AI. The work spans global enablement programs, certification and partner advocacy.

What you will do

• Lead complex global enablement projects so readiness assets and certification training match technology releases
• Design and run scalable training programs, including virtual and in-person workshops and product webinars
• Create and maintain certification coursework, exam scenarios, implementation guides and solution blueprints
• Define role-based certification paths and manage badging and tracking workflows
• Represent partner technical needs during launches and design reviews, and analyze feedback to build new content
• Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person partner training sessions

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three or more years with the company platform, focused on financial reporting and data management

Nice to have

• Familiarity with partner dynamics and consulting delivery models
• Experience with enablement tools such as Credly, Salesforce, Zendesk and Skilljar
• Project management skills with a record of delivering cross-functional work on schedule
• Ability to break broad objectives into structured plans and execute with little supervision
