Senior Project Manager, Project Management

About the role

Oversees delivery of small to medium equipment and product projects, with accountability for profitability and customer satisfaction. Guides project teams and shapes practices in the functional area.

What you will do

• Direct project resources and oversee delivery for equipment-only, product suite or non-turnkey projects
• Hold responsibility for profit and loss and for keeping customers satisfied
• Contribute to strategy and policy and make sure work is delivered within the assigned area
• Apply technical expertise and data analysis to support recommendations and resolve moderately complex problems
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with moderate risk
• Explain sensitive information and build consensus to influence stakeholders

What they look for

• Significant project management experience at a level comparable to a master's degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience
• For US roles, a master's degree or a high school diploma with at least six years in the function
• In-depth knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with other functions
• Working knowledge of competitors and what sets them apart in the market
• Sound operational judgment and moderate autonomy in decision making
