Sr. Finance Manager

About the role

Directs financial control activities for a global occupier account covering office facilities operations and maintenance, serving as finance lead and business advisor to the account director.

What you will do

• Lead the finance function and oversee the finance team
• Maintain strong financial controls, implementing, reviewing and validating systems
• Prepare global budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting
• Produce monthly funding and financial reports for the client, including currency translation
• Prepare consolidated profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Identify risks and upsides to budget or forecast

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Ten years in the real estate industry, including five in commercial property management
• Five years of supervisory experience
• Understanding of SOC1 compliance
• Experience with real estate accounting systems, preferably Yardi
• Strong analytical, mathematical and report writing skills
