• Cultivate trusted ties with senior partner and internal stakeholders, advising on priorities and growth.
• Work with product, consulting, engineering, delivery and account groups to advance partner-based solutions.
• Speak for the agency in executive client and partner talks, turning complex technology into clear outcomes.
• Spot market openings, customer needs and trends to shape solution strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Align varied stakeholder groups around shared goals and measurable client and business results.

What they look for

• Twelve or more years in consulting, account leadership, partnership management, digital transformation or technology services.
• Track record with enterprise clients and executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven success steering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder management.
• Able to sway decisions without formal authority.
• Skilled at translating business goals into technology strategy.
