What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for Swiss accounts, from first call to talent onboarding
  • Run deep discovery to find where and how fast a company is hiring and what compliance risk costs them
  • Give your HR champion the arguments Finance, Legal and leadership care about
  • Create urgency, negotiate confidently and keep deals moving
  • Work with BDRs to build your own pipeline and chase the biggest opportunities

  • Sharp discovery and qualification using a method such as MEDDICC
  • Comfortable with cold outbound, including calls and voice notes to busy founders
