Support the finance and operations team with receivables, payables, commission calculations and reconciliations, reporting to the Operations Manager.

What you will do
- Issue customer invoices, track balances and follow up on overdue payments
- Process vendor invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
- Calculate and process sales commissions and verify them against sales data
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closing
- Maintain records in QuickBooks and generate financial and operational reports
