What you will do
- Coach and mentor staff handling bodily injury, casualty and liability claims
- Review complex or high exposure claims and advise on strategy and resolution
- Approve settlements within delegated authority levels
- Act as client contact for claim performance and operational questions
- Track team metrics such as cycle time, quality results and service levels

- Excellent leadership, communication and decision making skills
