About the role

A remote office administration role checking that approved documents are linked from the right web pages and that visitors can open them, updating links through the content process and recording changes.

What you will do

• Confirm the correct approved file is linked from the correct page and that visitors can open it
• Make permitted uploads or hand documents to the colleague who publishes content, then test the link as a visitor
• Check reported download problems in the ordinary browser view and pass technical details to support colleagues
• Keep a clear status note and record of what was changed

What they look for

• Comfort opening web pages, comparing file names and writing short explanations of problems
• Ability to check your own work and follow naming conventions and approval routes
• Willingness to learn the particular content editor, shared file library and task list
• Care with personal information and internal drafts, seeking guidance through the approved process
• No coding required

Nice to have

• Prior customer service or office administrative experience
