Support the finance and operations team by handling receivables, payables, commission calculations and reconciliations. Report to the Operations Manager and keep financial records accurate across systems.

What you will do
- Generate customer invoices, track balances and follow up on overdue payments
- Process vendor invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
- Calculate and process sales commissions from established plans
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end close
- Maintain financial records in QuickBooks and generate reports in Salesforce

- Hands-on Salesforce experience for sales data, reporting and commissions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal English
