Litigation Associate Attorney, Civil Litigation

About the role

Handle civil disputes for organisations and community associations in a fully remote role. The position involves shaping litigation strategy and moving matters toward resolution.

What you will do

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and legal research
• Manage matters involving community associations, property disputes and contracts
• Support settlement negotiations and prepare cases for hearings or trial
• Keep clients informed and join occasional evening meetings

What they look for

• At least three years of civil litigation experience
• An active California Bar licence and residence in California
• Strong legal writing, research, organisation and client communication skills
• Availability for occasional evening meetings

Nice to have

• HOA or community association litigation experience
• Trial experience
