Associate Attorney, Litigation

About the role

A remote litigation role handling commercial and warranty disputes from start to finish, including trial and appeal work. The position offers early responsibility and direct contact with clients and experienced trial lawyers.

What you will do

• Manage commercial and warranty cases from intake through trial and appeal
• Research legal issues and produce clear, persuasive written work
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, case evaluations and other filings
• Handle written discovery, document review and fact or expert depositions
• Coordinate case strategy, deadlines and reporting with clients and colleagues

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• Strong research, writing, analytical and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to juggle several active matters and competing deadlines
• Client-focused mindset and a collaborative working style
• Comfort with e-discovery, document management and litigation technology

Nice to have

• Commercial or warranty litigation experience, including Song-Beverly matters
• Prior experience at a law firm

Pay

USD 130,000 to 160,000 per year
