Member of Legal Staff, Legal Operations and Corporate Paralegal

About the role

Support a fast-moving legal function by handling corporate transactions and governance while building automated intake, self-service tools and templates that scale the team.

What you will do

• Support venture financings, secondary transactions and board and stockholder approvals
• Administer cap tables, equity plans and grants, and reconcile discrepancies
• Design AI-enabled legal intake, triage workflows, templates and automations
• Manage matters independently in an asynchronous, chat-driven environment

What they look for

• Significant experience with venture capital financings, M&A or similar corporate transactions
• Understanding of transaction documentation, approvals and closing processes
• Hands-on corporate governance and entity management experience
• Experience managing cap tables, equity plans and grants
• Strong drafting, proofreading, project management and communication skills

Pay

USD 200,000 to 250,000 per year
