About the role

A fully remote firm serving venture-backed clients needs a paralegal to run the commercial contract lifecycle alongside its tech transactions attorneys.

What you will do

Review, redline and manage commercial agreements under attorney supervision
Support contracts from intake through execution for startup clients
Handle healthcare agreements and check HIPAA provisions are addressed
Improve internal processes, documentation and handoffs
Manage contract workflows

What they look for

Hands-on experience marking up MSAs, NDAs and SaaS agreements
Exposure to several industries rather than a single client or sector
Healthcare experience with BAAs and HIPAA-related provisions
Comfort working remotely at pace with high autonomy and strong organization
Experience taking part in or leading AI tool rollouts such as Harvey, Legora or Co-pilot
Interest in building something new and improving legal service delivery

Nice to have

Experience in the healthcare industry
