Bilingual Employment Law Paralegal and Intake Specialist

About the role

A dual role serving as first contact for prospective clients in workplace disputes while also supporting the attorney with pre-litigation paralegal work and document organization.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls, web leads and texts from potential clients using screening scripts
• Gather case facts on employers, dates, termination reasons and pay issues into the CRM
• Run preliminary case evaluations and flag high-priority leads to the attorney same day
• Send and track retainers and intake forms, schedule consultations and manage the calendar
• Organize client documents, build case chronologies and draft demand letters and agency filings

What they look for

• At least one year in a US law firm as an intake specialist or paralegal
• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish with a calm, compassionate phone manner
• Strong written English producing clear, complete and structured notes
• Hands-on experience with legal case management platforms and e-signature tools
• Understanding of confidentiality, PII protection and attorney-client privilege
