Paralegal, Unlawful Detainers

About the role

Own a caseload of unlawful detainer and landlord tenant matters, supporting attorneys through discovery, trial preparation and courtroom work in a fully remote setup.

What you will do

• Manage discovery and eDiscovery for assigned cases
• Prepare for trials and support attorneys in the courtroom
• Handle case strategy and docketing
• Draft legal documents such as motions
• Assist attorneys during depositions, mediations and other proceedings

What they look for

• At least four years of landlord tenant and unlawful detainer experience
• Ability to run several cases independently with close attention to detail
• Solid grasp of relevant laws, regulations and procedures
• Litigation and trial support background
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Pay

USD 90,000 to 125,000 per year
