Bilingual Employment Law Paralegal and Intake Specialist

About the role

Serve as the first contact for people facing workplace problems, screen their cases and support the attorney with pre-litigation paralegal work. The role combines intake screening with document drafting and organization.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls, web leads and texts from potential clients using screening scripts
• Gather case facts on employers, dates, termination reasons and pay issues in the CRM
• Run preliminary evaluations and flag urgent leads to the attorney the same day
• Send retainer agreements and intake forms, schedule consultations and manage the calendar
• Organize client documents, build chronologies and draft demand letters and agency filings

What they look for

• At least one year as an intake specialist or paralegal at a US law firm
• Fluent English and Spanish with a calm, compassionate phone manner
• Strong written English for clear, structured case summaries
• Hands-on use of legal case management software and e-signature tools
• Understanding of confidentiality, PII protection and attorney-client privilege
