Senior Trusts and Estates Paralegal, Advanced Estate and Gift Tax Planning

About the role

A fully remote paralegal role supporting senior attorneys on sophisticated estate, gift and GST planning and wealth transfer work for high-net-worth families.

What you will do

• Review and revise trust and estate planning documents
• Coordinate transactions involving trusts, LLCs, partnerships, gifts and ownership transfers
• Maintain asset schedules, ownership charts, summaries and implementation trackers
• Track trust funding, valuations, signatures and transfers
• Liaise with clients, accountants, advisors and valuation professionals

What they look for

• Five or more years of trusts and estates or estate planning paralegal experience
• Advanced estate and gift tax planning background
• Strong document review and revision skills
• Experience with closely held businesses, LLCs, partnerships or ownership transfers
