What you will do

  • Create the partner certification path together with the Channel Account Manager
  • Get partner engineers to demo, scope and deploy the product alone, from signing to first rollout
  • Keep reference architectures, deployment guides and partner lab setups current
  • Lead discovery, demos and proof-of-value work on partner deals against agreed criteria

  • Hands-on work enabling MSP or MSSP partners, including writing your own certification content
  • Depth in CMMC 2.0 and NIST SP 800-171, able to scope an assessment boundary
  • Endpoint security architecture across mobile, identity and data protection, plus MEDDPICC and Salesforce

A typical week

  • Answer security questionnaires, RFIs and shared responsibility requests
  • Help partners package the product into managed services with multi-tenant admin and RMM, PSA and SIEM integrations
  • Pass partner and field requirements back to Product and Engineering
  • Support channel campaigns, webinars and events
