Contract Manager

About the role

A part-time remote role coordinating the whole contract lifecycle, from first client enquiry to signed agreement and project handover. The position centres on administration and workflow coordination rather than negotiation or budgeting.

What you will do

• Run the contract process from initial enquiry through signing and handover to the project team
• Build and keep proposal and contract records, files and version histories in standard systems
• Draft and format proposals from approved templates, adding agreed scope and budget details
• Arrange internal reviews, approvals and signature steps, then file completed agreements
• Act as the main client contact for proposal questions and pass feedback to the right colleagues
• Prepare handover paperwork so implementation teams start with complete, accurate records

What they look for

• A bachelor's degree in business, communications, administration or similar, or comparable work experience
• Strong organisation and a very careful eye for detail
• Experience running structured workflows and document processes
• Clear writing skills and the ability to juggle several projects and deadlines
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with document systems, shared drives, spreadsheets and workflow tools

Nice to have

• Background supporting proposal writing or contract drafting
• Familiarity with consulting, nonprofit, government or professional services settings
• Experience in organisations that work from standard operating procedures

Pay

USD 32 to 55 per hour
