What you will do
- Win new enterprise and mid-market accounts, including Fortune 1000 organisations
- Own the whole sales cycle, from first outreach and discovery to signed contracts and onboarding
- Build and carry out a business development plan aimed at lasting revenue growth
- Handle long, multi-stakeholder deals and persuade leaders in talent acquisition, procurement, HR and operations
- Use an existing network to open doors and speed up conversations with buyers
- Meet or beat assigned sales and revenue targets, and represent the firm at conferences and events
