Senior Product Manager, Audience Lifecycle Tools

About the role

Own the lifecycle activation tools that support audience growth and engagement, replacing manual campaign work with scalable, partly AI-enabled processes across email, repeat engagement and donation conversion.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for the audience lifecycle and marketing technology stack, turning stakeholder needs into prioritized engineering ba
• Build, configure and run internal audience activation tools with self-serve processes, user permissions and governance guardrails
• Work with cross-divisional teams on scalable automation that improves the listener journey from email discovery to donation conversion and w
• Partner with data and analytics teams on customer data platform segmentation, tracking taxonomy and attribution modeling
• Drive technical development and platform enhancements for the editorial newsletter suite alongside newsroom and product leadership
• Assess and deploy responsible AI and automation within lifecycle workflows to cut repetitive manual work

What they look for

• Experience leading product strategy and roadmaps for lifecycle or marketing technology ecosystems
• Hands-on familiarity with platforms such as Piano.io and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into prioritized engineering backlogs
• Experience with customer data platforms, segmentation, tracking taxonomy and attribution
