Enrollment Specialist (Bilingual)

About the role

Serve as the first point of contact for family caregivers who may qualify for a caregiver support program. Guide them through understanding the program and completing enrollment with empathy and clarity.

What you will do

• Make outbound calls to eligible family caregivers and introduce the support program
• Hold respectful conversations to assess each caregiver's needs and readiness
• Explain program purpose, benefits and expectations in plain, caregiver-friendly terms
• Guide caregivers through enrollment steps and secure their agreement to join
• Record all interactions and outcomes accurately in CRM and enrollment systems
• Manage assigned leads and follow-up queues and coordinate handoffs to other teams

What they look for

• Fluency in English
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
• Comfort with frequent phone-based conversations
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation

Nice to have

• Background in enrollment, inside sales, outreach or customer engagement
• Familiarity with caregiving, healthcare or dementia-related challenges
• Experience logging calls, notes and outcomes in CRM systems
• Experience in HIPAA-compliant or regulated environments
