Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

A field sales role owning a territory and the full sales cycle, winning new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts for a digital workplace platform.

What you will do

• Build strategies and plans for each target account and win new customers to grow territory value
• Engage decision makers at several levels, including CIO, CISO, CFO and CEO
• Develop executive relationships across industries, partners and customer organisations to surface opportunities
• Generate demand and maintain a healthy pipeline for consistent growth in target accounts
• Forecast pipeline and carry out outbound lead generation

What they look for

• Three or more years selling complex, high value enterprise software across varied verticals such as insurance, retail banking and finance
• A record of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of 1.5M or more with average deal sizes above 250k
• Familiarity with the MEDDPICC approach
• Success as an individual contributor with a strong new business component and account growth
• Ability to build a strategic territory plan and a matching execution plan
