Finance Director

About the role

A senior finance leader will direct all financial operations of a growing global group and sit on the executive team, reporting to the CEO. The role shapes financial strategy and supports continued expansion.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the organisation
• Oversee accounting, payables and receivables, payroll and tax compliance
• Build financial models that inform executive decisions and growth plans
• Advise the CEO and leadership on strategy, deal structuring and risk
• Manage ties with banks, auditors, legal counsel and external finance partners
• Guide and develop the internal finance and accounting team

What they look for

• More than eight years of steadily increasing financial leadership experience
• Solid grasp of GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls
• Experience with international finance and multiple currencies
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, accounting ERP systems and advanced Excel modelling

Nice to have

• A CPA or CMA designation is strongly preferred
• An MBA or advanced finance or business degree is a plus
