A senior role owning a strategic partner's practice area globally, aligning the partner's capabilities with the company's autonomous workforce offerings to create pipeline and consistent execution. The manager works with partner leaders and internal teams across regions.
What you will do
- Lead global go to market alignment and co-innovation for a functional area
- Own and execute the global partner account plan and drive cross region consistency
- Develop executive relationships with partner leaders to align strategies and priorities
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and track milestones for priority countries
- Own revenue measures and influence partner program KPIs such as certifications
- Coordinate joint demand generation, product launches and in market execution playbooks

- Strong grasp of agentic workflows, AI specialists and orchestration models
- Solid understanding of the company's AI platform and its data, AI, workflow and security architecture
- Experience translating partner vision into customer outcomes and joint solutions
- Skill in driving enablement and education across a partner practice
- Experience with global go to market strategy and partner account planning
