  • Own the books for each US and international entity in QuickBooks Online, reconciled monthly
  • Direct an accounting assistant on categorization, receipts and reconciliations, and check their work
  • Run payouts to contractors, partners and distributions, documented and on time
  • Build dashboards and cash flow forecasts by entity and across the portfolio
  • Set up banking and QuickBooks structure for each new company
