Integration Product Manager

About the role

Own the strategy and delivery of integrations that link a frontline manufacturing platform with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES and OT/IoT tools. The role sits at the center of growth strategy and improves data flow and connectivity across plant operations.

What you will do

• Define integration product strategy from customer needs, business goals and system requirements
• Set goals, metrics and analytics that show the business value of integrations
• Prioritize new connectors and enhancements, weighing technical dependencies, obstacles and value
• Work with executives, customers, sales, solutions and engineering on product execution
• Serve as integration expert in customer discussions, sales support and internal enablement

• Experience connecting factory floor systems with enterprise platforms and managing data flow
• Ability to turn business goals and end-user needs into an actionable product strategy
• Skill in assessing trade-offs, technical dependencies and value of API and integration features
• Collaboration with engineering leads and product owners on sprint priorities and technical debt
• Authorization to work in the UK, with travel up to 40 percent and no sponsorship available
