  • Be the main contact for clients once the sale is done and stay with them through the whole engagement
  • Join kickoff, check-in and escalation calls, and run regular check-ins on every active account
  • Catch problems with a placed contractor before the client notices and fix them without being asked
  • Review the top one to five candidates per role, pick who to present, set up interviews and close placements
