- Lead AI transformation engagements from strategic ambition through to implementation
- Advise senior and executive stakeholders on organisational implications and business opportunities of AI
- Assess organisational AI readiness and set transformation priorities
- Design AI-enabled operating models, governance structures, roles and decision processes
- Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation approaches and value realisation frameworks

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, transformation, organisational development or a comparable role
- Proven experience leading consulting projects or complex transformation workstreams
