Own a multi-sided marketplace product that helps hospitals meet workforce needs through verified professionals, from discovery through launch and iteration. The role centers on using AI to reduce manual coordination in operational workflows.
What you will do
- Find operational workflows that AI can improve or automate
- Set priorities using user behavior, operational data and measurable business results
What they look for
- At least four years of product management experience with marketplaces, platforms or multi-sided products
- Solid grasp of marketplace concepts such as supply, demand, liquidity, matching, incentives and trust
- Hands-on experience putting AI agents into real operational workflows
- Regular direct work with users and enterprise customers
- Comfort with field research and turning operational problems into product solutions
- Focus on outcomes rather than managing tickets, roadmaps or delivery processes
Nice to have
- Experience with marketplaces built on supply and demand matching
- Experience with AI agents that automate real business processes
- Experience with products involving scheduling, matching, incentives or operational coordination
