What you will do

  • Be the first contact for managers and staff on policy, performance, feedback and growth
  • Coach managers through feedback, documentation and performance or exit cases
  • Run leaves (FMLA, ADA, state, STD, parental), accommodations and workers' comp claims
  • Handle benefits end to end: enrollment, life events, COBRA, carriers and renewals
  • Run onboarding and offboarding so paperwork, pay and access are correct

  • Hands-on payroll administration experience
  • Experience running leaves and workers' comp from start to finish
