What you will do
- Work with the product team on agentic, API and other automation projects
- Build and analyse data sets to find where automation can be optimised
- Trace trends to root causes and put together data-backed plans that lift KPIs, measuring the effect as you go
- Run continuous-improvement projects end to end, from scoping through execution to retrospective
- Present findings and progress to senior leaders and partners across the company
