Builds and leads the medical information function ahead of launch and pipeline growth, covering strategy, infrastructure, content and vendor oversight. Reports to the Medical Affairs executive director and works fully remotely in the US.

What you will do
- Create governance, intake and triage workflows, response standards, escalation routes and content lifecycle management
- Prepare and run the medical information call centre vendor from onboarding through training, quality and performance
- Lead scientific content and evidence dossiers and oversee compendia submissions
- Take part in medical review and post-approval work and turn inquiry patterns into insights for Medical Affairs

- Bachelor's degree in a life science
- At least 15 years in pharma or biotech, with substantial medical information or medical affairs experience and rising leadership
- Strong grasp of US medical information rules, unsolicited inquiry handling, pharmacovigilance and product complaint reporting
- Solid scientific writing and judgement, able to make complex data clear and balanced
- Proven leadership, project management and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving setting
Nice to have
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree such as PharmD, PhD or MD
- Oncology background, with cell therapy experience a plus
- Support of a US product launch, especially in an emerging biotech
- Experience with payer evidence dossiers, guideline submissions, medical review committees and AI-enabled medical information platforms
