Senior Manager, CRM and Direct Marketing

About the role

Lead the strategy and execution of integrated CRM programs that support patient acquisition, engagement and retention across a network of care centers. Oversee a small team and act as the main CRM expert for business partners.

What you will do

• Direct and develop a team of campaign strategists, setting priorities and giving strategic oversight
• Design and optimize CRM strategies spanning email, SMS and direct mail to grow patient engagement
• Pilot advanced techniques such as real-time triggered messages and predictive personalized content
• Build a contact targeting approach across the funnel with frequency limits and channel logic
• Develop audience segments such as caregivers and insurance agents with data and analytics partners
• Oversee campaign assets from start to finish, balancing creative quality with technical feasibility
