Own the end to end payments experience for brands and creators, blending product design with product management in a single hybrid role.

Design and manage the full payment flow, from deal setup to creators getting paid
Build prototypes and concepts, gather feedback and prepare requirements for engineers
Run development cycles, write user stories, brief engineers and handle QA
Give and receive feedback in retrospectives and judge when work is ready to ship
Talk with customers about payment, gifting and affiliate needs and share the roadmap internally
Track impact through customer feedback and north star metrics alongside product marketing

Experience in a hybrid design and product management role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
A track record of writing strong user stories and explaining designs to developers
Ability to set a roadmap and justify prioritisation decisions
Experience working within a design system
Exceptional attention to detail and a dislike of sloppy work
A problem solving attitude and comfort with fast change in a growing company
