- Run technical and business discovery, assess AI readiness and design tailored demos and proofs of value
- Translate AI and machine learning capabilities into business-focused narratives for audiences from IT to executives
- Own the technical engagement end to end, from qualification and design through pilot execution
- Architect secure, scalable solutions using APIs, middleware, telephony and cloud platforms
- Work cross-functionally to align customer needs with the product roadmap
- Use analytics and AI performance metrics to show return on investment and guide improvements
