Washington Licensed Therapist - 100% Remote (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)

About the role

Fully remote, with a caseload you manage and room to make clinical calls yourself. Work sits in a team with a peer specialist, and pay tops out at $90,000 for state residents.

At a glance

What you will do

• Run individual, family and group sessions by video and in person for substance use and co-occurring conditions
• Use motivational interviewing, CBT, relapse prevention and harm reduction in treatment
• Give biopsychosocial assessments and repeat validated measures monthly to adjust care intensity
• Handle acute escalations, overdose prevention planning and rapid triage as the licensed clinician
• Keep DAP-format notes current and coordinate with MAT providers and community recovery groups

What they look for

• An active independent clinical license in Washington State (LMHC, LICSW or LMFT)
• Comfort treating substance use disorders alongside mental health conditions
• Ability to hold a caseload and decide on treatment with appropriate autonomy
• Skill at working alongside a peer specialist while keeping role boundaries clear
• Experience with measurement-based care and risk stratification
