  • Design vendor workflows, routing plans, staffing needs and KPIs, then run them day to day

  • Keep dashboards current and bring weekly findings to leadership and vendor partners
  • Lead regular vendor reviews and push accountability on operational targets
  • Help move from legacy systems to new platforms, designing solutions from scratch
