  • Take escalated Zendesk tickets after first-line triage and resolve tool issues
  • Pass complex problems to the right colleague or vendor and follow them to closure
  • Guide the helpdesk on supported tools when they need advice
  • Track vendor issues and follow-ups, and set up vendor meetings with agendas
  • Write and refresh help articles, SOPs and FAQs for supported tools
  • Help the training team with logistics and materials for tool rollouts
